The students & teachers of Desmond College took to the catwalk on the 15th March 2012 in the Devon Inn Hotel in Templeglantine. Fashions from local boutiques were on display, and the fashion was elegantly presented on the night by our models.
Before the show, our students received modeling lessons from the renowned model agent, Ursula Stokes. The half time entertained was provided by the Desmond College Glee Club and the band, Apex.
While most of the night was about poise and posture, the staff of Desmond College treated us to some ‘light-hearted’ entertainment as a number of them dressed-up in hilariously funny costumes; namely Mr. Shiels as Bob the Builder, Richard as a Biker, Ms. Liston as a referee, and Ms. Quaid and Mr. Nash looking as young as ever dressed as Desmond College Students.
